About the Role:The CA will oversee entire gamut of Accounts & Finance including Costing & Taxation, MIS preparation.Key Responsibilities:1. Budgeting & forecasting:- Managing budgeting and forecasting processes by collaboration with cross functional team.- Comparison of Actual performance vs Budgeted performance and identifying areas of improvement.2. Financial Statements:- Scrutiny of all GLs.- Ensuring all bills are correctly accounted for.- Monitoring cost structures and supporting financial planning for manufacturing and operations.3. Statutory and tax compliance:- Ensuring all tax returns are correctly and timely filed.- Leading all types of audit including Tax audit, Statutory audit or any other departmental audit.4.



MIS:- Ensuring all daily MISs are prepared in timely manner.- Preparation of monthly MIS with reconciliation of consumption report.- Ensuring MIS and financials are properly reconciled.Candidate Profile:- Chartered Accountant with experience of 4-6 years.- Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory.- Robust knowledge of IND AS and relevant regulatory requirements.- Proficiency in taxation and compliance including direct and indirect tax, statutory filings and adherence to internal control frameworks.- Comfort with ERP and Excel.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
