What You'll Own

Own the end-to-end influencer marketing strategy across India and international markets.
Identify, evaluate, outreach to, negotiate with, and onboard high-potential creators across YouTube, Instagram, newsletters, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Plan and execute influencer campaigns from creator discovery and commercial negotiation through briefing, content approval, launch, tracking, and post-campaign analysis.
Build a strong pipeline of creators based on audience relevance, geography, content category, engagement, historical performance, and commercial potential.
Partner with Growth,



Content, Design, Product, Sales, and Data teams to launch high-impact creator-led campaigns.
Own campaign KPIs such as qualified leads/registrations, CPL/CPA, conversion rate, ROAS/revenue, creator-level performance, and campaign scalability.
Continuously test and optimize creator categories, markets, content angles, integrations, offers, formats, and commercial models to improve performance.
Ensure influencer marketing becomes a predictable and scalable growth channel rather than a one-off brand activity.
Build robust creator and agency relationships while establishing scalable processes for outreach, negotiation, tracking, reporting, and campaign operations.

We're Looking For Someone Who

Has 3+ years of hands-on experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, Creator-led Growth, or a closely related performance marketing role.
