Key Responsibilities/ Key Deliverables:

ï· Understand the IMF regulation, value proposition & registration process

ï· Independently implement the IMF acquisition plan in the territory

o Identify potential leads and sources for prospective IMFâs, coordinate with HO for referred leads

o Connect with prospects & organize seminars for IMF acquisition

o Ensure conversion of leads through effective pitch of IMF value proposition

ï· Ensure quality of IMFâs in sync with desired profile

ï· Enable the setup of IMF of agreed prospects

o Understand all regulatory requirements and manage the IMF registration process with IRDA

o Oversee technology support to enrolled IMFâs

ï· Ensure seamless contracting of IMFâs with Max Life

ï· Manage performance of setup IMFâs in steady state

o Develop understanding of products & coach IMF staff on product USPâs





o Implement a performance management and rewards system

o Drive IMF profitability through improving productivity of IMFâs sellers & controlling cost of sales

o Provide marketing, training and operational support to IMFâs

o Manage attrition of IMFâs through revival or replacement

ï· Drive quality of business sourced from IMFâs

o Ensure right product mix and control key quality measures such as leakage and persistency

Requirements

ï· Educational Background: Preferably a graduate

ï· Work Experience: At least 5-6 years of experience in Sales & Distribution, Key Account Management
