Role Description The Human Resources Assistant Intern role at Big Bulls is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.



The intern will support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding processes, and helping coordinate training sessions and HR-related events. Responsibilities include updating HR systems, preparing basic HR documentation, supporting benefits-related queries under guidance, and assisting HR team members with recruitment coordination and interview scheduling. The intern will collaborate with multiple departments, handle confidential information responsibly, and learn to apply HR policies and procedures in a practical setting.
