NeuroDrift builds production voice AI for enterprise contact centres. Our platform handles 300+ production calls a day and we have shipped over 350 voice AI deployments. This is real-time systems work with real customers on the other end of the line, not prototypes.

We are hiring one senior, hands-on engineer to build a real-time voice AI platform with us: production code, the infra it runs on, and direct work with the client's engineering team.

You write code every day. We expect you shipping in week one, not month three.

What you'll do
- Build a real-time voice AI platform: ASR, LLM and TTS wired into a live call path, with orchestration, fallbacks, and latency and cost tuning
- Handle audio in and out of telephony, live streams and vendor APIs
- Own the backend, data layer, deployment and observability. You run what you build
- Work alongside two or three engineers, breaking work down and shipping weekly
- Sit in architecture and sprint calls with the client directly

Who this is for




- 3 to 7 years building backend systems in production, still coding daily
- You have shipped real-time voice or audio streaming to production, using LiveKit, WebRTC or SIP
- You deploy, debug and operate your own services on AWS

- Claude Code from day one. We are an AI-native team and expect you to ship faster with AI tooling, not work around it
- Small teams, weekly releases, no layers between you and the outcome
- Startup pace. This is a build, not a maintenance role

The setup
- Fully remote
- Primarily IST, with availability for US-time client calls
- Immediate joiners only. Non-negotiable
- Compensation is set against a startup band and against what you can build, not years on a CV. If you are coming from a large-enterprise package, this will not match it
