Job Description:

Training Need Analysis & Capability Building
- Conduct regular Training Need Analysis (TNA) across stores to identify skill and performance gaps.
- Partner with Regional Business Managers and Store Managers to align learning initiatives with business objectives.
- Create region-specific learning plans based on sales performance, mystery audit findings, customer feedback, and operational requirements.
- Drive capability-building initiatives for retail teams to improve productivity and customer engagement

Training Delivery & Facilitation

Facilitate programs on:
- Product Knowledge
- Sales Excellence
- Customer Service
- Luxury Selling Skills
- Soft Skills & Communication
- Behavioral Competencies
- Leadership Development for Store Managers

Content Development & Learning Innovation
- Develop and update training content, learning modules, facilitation guides, and assessment tools.
- Create digital learning interventions including e-learning modules, videos, and knowledge repositories.
- Customize training programs to meet regional business requirements while maintaining organizational standards.
