Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Mysore. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes,



including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further interview rounds with hiring managers. Daily responsibilities include partnering with clients to understand role requirements, posting job advertisements, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. The role also involves maintaining accurate recruitment records, preparing reports on hiring activities, and supporting continuous improvement of recruitment strategies and processes. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to meet staffing needs within agreed timelines and quality standards.
