Role Description This is a full-time B2B LinkedIn Sales Manager role based in Chennai, structured as a hybrid position with some work-from-home flexibility. The person in this role will plan and execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns to identify, connect with, and nurture relationships with potential B2B clients in product development and engineering sectors. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads,
managing LinkedIn Sales Navigator activities, maintaining a structured outreach cadence, and coordinating with internal teams to align messaging with IECHM’s services. The B2B LinkedIn Sales Manager will track pipeline metrics, prepare regular performance reports, and collaborate with marketing to refine content and campaigns that support lead generation and conversion.
Qualifications
