Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Mumbai. The Sales Executive will engage with customers in-store, provide product information, demonstrate jewellery features and benefits,



and offer guidance to support purchase decisions. Responsibilities include managing the sales process from initial interaction to closing, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The role also involves tracking sales performance, handling basic inventory checks, processing orders and payments, and entering customer details into relevant systems. The Sales Executive will collaborate with store management and marketing teams to support promotions, meet sales targets, and represent Keemti’s brand values and commitment to ethical, lab grown diamond jewellery.
Qualifications
