Role Description The Manager Product and Merchandising – Luxury is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end product and merchandising lifecycle for Zoya’s luxury collections. This includes planning assortments, defining product themes and stories, and coordinating with design, sourcing, and production teams to bring new collections to market on schedule. The role involves analyzing sales performance, monitoring inventory and stock mix,



and optimizing merchandising strategies to drive revenue, enhance customer experience, and maintain brand positioning. The manager will collaborate closely with retail, marketing, and visual merchandising teams to ensure product presentation aligns with Zoya’s luxury standards and supports key campaigns and launches. Day-to-day activities also include market and competitor analysis, pricing recommendations, and preparation of regular performance reports and insights for leadership.
Qualifications
Solid product management and merchandising skills, including assortment planning, inventory management, and pricing strategy.
Experience in luxury retail or premium jewelry, with an understanding of customer preferences and high-end market trends.
Ability to analyze sales data and consumer insights to inform product decisions and improve category performance.
