We are seeking an Instructional Designer with proven experience in analyzing, designing and developing effective and engaging coaching material with high standards of quality, efficiency, and scalability.



The successful candidate will be joining a energetic and forward-thinking team that works towards creating and maintaining both classroom and e Learning training programs.

Job Description
- Design simulations, job aids, assessment questions, etc. to support courseware.
- Design storyboards, content maps and audio scripts
- Conduct design and content reviews effectively and in a timely manner.
- Assist with content deployment and testing.
- Create and develop training and documentation design and strategy and standards
- Define content, review, and approval workflow for training documentation.
- Coach and review the work of the other Learning Designers.
- Attend scoping, kick-off meetings with stakeholders to understand the brief.
- Responsible to validate the quality of training content with robust quality assurance processes.
