Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and building strong, long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will manage the sales pipeline, develop current business opportunities, and work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve strategic goals. Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Pipeline Management
- Manage both existing sales pipelines and the development of new business opportunities.
- Compare current sales numbers to desired quotas and adjust strategies as needed.
2. Proposal Development
- Lead the creation of new business proposals and presentations to develop and nurture opportunities and partnerships.
3. Trend Analysis and Pipeline Building
- Identify trends and customer needs to build a sales pipeline aligned with short, medium, and long-term targets.
4. Strategy Development
- Develop strategies and positions by analyzing new venture integration and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
5. Marketing Coordination
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies.
- Delegate tasks among team members to achieve strategic goals.
6. Team Motivation and Performance Tracking
- Motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve high performance.
- Track team performance, report metrics, and ensure the team meets its objectives.
