Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Facilitator - IT Trainer for a remote location to deliver high-quality training sessions following our program guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Session Preparation and Delivery:
- Prepare sessions according to the training guidelines and materials provided.
- Conduct classes as per the schedule and established methodology.

Student Engagement:
- Ensure student attendance and active participation in sessions.
- Provide counseling to students as needed to support their job placements.

Community Mobilization and Volunteer Activities:
- Motivate and empower students to enhance their skills.
- Share knowledge and assist staff with educational material creation.
- Organize fun learning activities such as dance, music, games, and painting.
- Assist students with other digital subjects based on their interests.
- Conduct interviews with students and create success stories.
- Meet with the community to provide motivation and conduct gender sensitization programs.
- Counsel parents and women,



and conduct educational workshops for locals.
- Participate in outreach programs within the community.
- Conduct sports and cultural activities.
- Organize awareness programs focusing on literacy, watershed management, wasteland development, health, nutrition, hygiene, sanitation, and more.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an IT Trainer or similar role.
- Solid knowledge of IT concepts and practical applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
- Experience in community mobilization and volunteer activities is a plus.
