Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with co-workers and supervisors
- Follow written and verbal instructions
- Complete batch records
- Label containers and products
- Operate Tablet Pressing and Encapsulation equipment
- Test, evaluate, and document results of various quality criteria of supplements produced as outlined by applicable SOPs and Batch records
- Adjust equipment controls using hand eye coordination and dexterity with various control switches, dials, and buttons
- Load and unload feed hoppers on tablet pressing and encapsulating equipment
- Use basic hand tools to change over and operate machinery
- Clean equipment and accessories
- Inspect product and containers at each step of the production process
- Equipment use,
lift equipment, hand truck/pallet jacks, micrometer, scales, hardness tester, friability tester, computer terminal, polisher, de-duster, Fitz mill, all in-house presses and encapsulation equipment
The Role:
Operate, clean, and maintain all equipment and facilities used in the encapsulation/tableting department, including but not limited to, tablet presses, encapsulation machines, tablet de-dusters, tablet tooling and production rooms.
