Collect all engineering drawings and project details.
Assist in planning and executing site construction activities, including excavation, foundation work, structural work, and utilities installations.
Conduct fortnightly review meetings with stakeholders.
Site Supervision:
Oversee daily on-site civil works, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
Contractor & Vendor Management:
Coordinate with contractors and vendors daily to ensure efficient execution of site activities and timely availability of materials.
Quality Assurance:
Monitor the quality of materials used and ensure construction processes adhere to the highest standards.
Conduct quality checks and address any non-compliance issues.
Safety & Compliance:
Enforce safety protocols on-site, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and promote a safe working workplace for all personnel. Bill Verification & Approval
Check running bills of contractors against measurements of actual work done and perform reconciliation.
