Role Highlights:
- Competition Law Advisory: Advise clients on Indian competition law matters, including merger control, antitrust advisory, and behavioural issues.
- Merger Control (CCI Filings): Assist in preparing and filing combination notifications with the Competition Commission of India (CCI), including Form I / Form II filings.
- Antitrust & Enforcement: Support clients on cartel investigations, abuse of dominance matters, and ongoing compliance advisory.
- Transaction Support: Work closely with M&A; and corporate teams on competition law aspects of transactions, including structuring and risk assessment.
- Regulatory Interaction: Liaise with the CCI and assist in responding to information requests and regulatory queries.

Ideal Candidate:
- Lawyer with 4-5 years of PQE.
- Prior experience in Competition Law practice at a law firm or a reputed competition team.




- Hands-on experience in CCI merger control filings and antitrust advisory is preferred.
- Educational background: LLB from a recognised university.
- Robust analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage matters under tight timelines
