We are seeking a driven and analytical Senior SEO/GEO Analyst to join the Performance IO team. In this role, you will support global healthcare brands in improving their visibility across Google Search, AI-powered search experiences, and answer engines.
Working closely with SEO Managers, Content Strategists, Performance Analysts, Technical SEO Specialists, and Account teams, you will help develop data-driven recommendations and deliver measurable organic growth. This role is ideal for someone who has built a solid SEO foundation and is excited about how AI is transforming the future of search.
As part of our growing global agency, you will contribute to both traditional SEO initiatives and emerging search optimisation strategies, including Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO). You will work across international healthcare and pharmaceutical accounts, helping clients improve their discoverability, authority, and performance across evolving search ecosystems.

Your key responsibilities will include:

GEO & AEO Optimisation:
- Conduct research and optimisation activities focused on Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO).
- Identify opportunities to improve content visibility within AI-generated search results and answer engines.
- Analyse AI search experiences and provide recommendations to improve brand discoverability.
- Support content optimisation initiatives aimed at increasing authority, trust, and topical relevance.

Technical SEO:
