Salesforce Developer
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), be comfortable owning development tasks independently, and consistently build scalable, maintainable, and high-quality solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and Flows.
- Build reusable, performant, and scalable Lightning Web Components.
- Develop robust Apex solutions, including triggers, classes, batch jobs, queueables, and integrations.
- Follow Salesforce development best practices, including bulkification, security, code optimization, and exception handling.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Architects, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to solutioning decisions.




- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and quality guidelines.
- Support deployments, testing activities, and production issue resolution.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and recommend improvements to existing implementations.
- Stay current with Salesforce platform enhancements and emerging development practices.

Required Skills
- 3–5 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- SOQL/SOSL
- Salesforce configuration and customization
- Salesforce Flows
- Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits, sharing and security model, and platform architecture.
- Experience with REST APIs, integrations, and external system connectivity.
