The Construction Manager (PMC) will act as the site-level execution leader and client representative,



responsible for end-to-end construction management of transmission lines, substations (AIS/GIS/Digital), and renewable energy integration (solar, wind, BESS).
The role requires multi-disciplinary coordination across Electrical, Civil, and I&C; systems, ensuring alignment with engineering intent, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines. The position interfaces closely with the Team Leader, Engineering Heads, QA/QC, HSE, and Project Controls functions to drive successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Construction & Site Management
- Lead and oversee day-to-day construction activities for substations (up to 765 kV), transmission lines, and renewable integration infrastructure.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, technical specifications, QAP/FQP, and method statements.
