Role Overview:
The Architect is responsible for leading the design and execution of corporate interior fit-out projects from concept to completion. The role focuses on developing innovative design solutions, managing client relationships, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring timely project delivery while maintaining quality, budget, and client satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:
 Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements.
 Managing design projects from concept development through to completion.
 Developing and presenting project proposals.
 Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client’s needs.
 Ability to develop look and feel.
 Co-ordination with Project team, consultants, client & vendors.
 Preparing drawings, specifications and documents.




 Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines.
 Periodic Site visits.
 Handover Documentation and Project closure.
 Valuable Communication and Presentation skills.
 Internal Co-ordination
 Creativity & Pro activeness
 Good Leadership & PR Skills
 Decision-Making ability

Qualifications:
 4 to 7 years of relevant experience
 B.Arch. (with experience in Corporate Interior Fit outs).
 Proven experience in Interior Fit-Out, Design & Build, Construction, or Turnkey Contracting
organizations
 Strong exposure to Corporate Interiors, Commercial Offices, Hospitality, Retail Fit-Outs, and
Design & Build projects

Preferred Skills:
 Must have worked in Commercial Corporate Offices.
 Software skills include AutoCad, Sketchup, Revit, Photoshop, MS Office.
