Responsibilities:

- Design, implement,

- Conduct regular classroom observations, deliver actionable feedback, and support ongoing career development
- Collaborate with school leadership and stakeholders to align departmental goals with institutional strategy and vision
- Oversee the creation and organization of lesson plans, teaching resources, and assessment tools
- Promote a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and continuous improvement within the department
- Act as a key point of contact between teaching staff, administration, and parents to ensure clear, consistent communication
- Analyze student progress data to inform instructional planning, interventions, and program enhancements
