- Supervise loading and unloading activities of materials and finished goods.
- Ensure proper handling, stacking, and movement of goods.
- Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and transport teams.
- Monitor labor performance and allocate tasks efficiently.
- Maintain records of inward and outward material movement.
- Ensure safety procedures are followed during loading and unloading operations.
- Verify quantities and condition of goods before dispatch and receipt.
- Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to management.
