Job Summary
We are looking to onboard experienced PhD-qualified academic professionals for a flexible doctoral support program in collaboration with an international university.

Project Overview
This is a remote, part time academic consulting engagement involving 1:1 online guidance calls with doctoral learners during their dissertation phase.

Role Overview:
- Conduct 1:1 guidance calls with doctoral learners
- Provide support on dissertation, research methodology, and academic writing
- Typically ~2 calls per learner over an 8-month dissertation phase
- Max of 15 - 20 learners per mentor

We are hiring across three areas:
1. Dissertation Editor / Academic Writing Support
2. Qualitative Research (e.g., thematic analysis, grounded theory, NVivo, etc.)




3. Quantitative Research / Statistics (e.g., SPSS, R, regression, data analysis)

Requirements:
1. PhD (completed)
2. Minimum 5 years of academic / research experience
3. Prior experience guiding PhD / MPhil students (mandatory)
4. Strong communication and ability to explain concepts clearly
