Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and FSM modules. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in scripting, integrations, and developing end-to-end ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and FSM modules.
- Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, UI actions, client scripts, and script includes.
- Build and support REST/SOAP integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement best practices for ServiceNow development and ensure platform stability.
- Manage update sets, migrations, and setting deployments.
- Troubleshoot, debug,



and resolve issues across modules and integrations.
- Ensure compliance with ServiceNow standards and maintain proper documentation.

Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
- Strong development experience in ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and FSM modules.
- Proficient in JavaScript, GlideScript, GlideAjax, and other ServiceNow scripting methods.
- Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations, MID server, and third-party tool connectivity.
- Strong understanding of CMDB, Service Catalog, and Flow Designer.
- Experience with update sets, ACLs, UI customization, and performance optimization.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- ServiceNow Certification(s) such as CAD, CSA, CIS (Preferred).
