To co-ordinate with all the departments for the various expenses incurred and the bills
To coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for raising invoices and payment receipts followups.
To co-ordinate with all vendors for issuing purchase orders, checking bills and making payments.
To enter all transactions in Tally Prime / ERP 9 and Zoho Books and co-ordinate with our Chartered Accountant.
To ensure all statutory compliances related to Companies Act and taxation are done within the due dates, i.e. TDS, Service Tax, Qualified Tax, Income tax etc.
To manage and maintain office cash expenses & reimbursements.
