Job Description
We are seeking a talented and creative Engineer - Structures to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru, India. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing structural solutions for a wide range of projects.
- Develop and review structural designs for various construction projects
- Perform complex structural calculations and analysis using advanced software tools
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction
- Create detailed technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct site visits to assess structural integrity and provide expert recommendations
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and industry best practices
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the overall growth of the structural engineering team
- Participate in project planning and resource allocation to meet deadlines and budget constraints
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and innovative structural solutions
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering; Master's degree preferred
- 8-10 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on project
