- About the Role
- Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end software solutions for complex projects and products
- Writes code according to coding specifications established for software solutions.
- Build and enhance Varicent-based solutions (Composer, Incentives, Calculations)
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Develop high-quality, scalable code aligned with SDLC best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features on time
- Mentor junior engineers and support team knowledge sharing.
- Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
• Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
- Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.
- Improves operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures
- About You
- 6–10 years of experience in software development, preferably in Varicent
- Strong hands-on expertise in Varicent Composer, Incentives, and Calculations
- Good to have experience with Varicent ELT and Adaptor
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Valuable communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts
- Proven ability to collaborate, mentor, and work effectively in teams.
- Shift time : 1.00 PM - 10.00 PM IST
