The Executive Administrative Assistant (EA) provides high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to the Country Head of the India GCC and the US-based GM. This role serves as a trusted partner, enabling leadership effectiveness, driving coordination across stakeholders,



and ensuring consistent execution of key business priorities.

Executive Support
- Manage complex calendars, travel, and scheduling across time zones
- Coordinate meetings, logistics, and preparation for leadership engagements
- Prepare presentations, reports, and executive materials
- Capture and track meeting outcomes, action items, and follow-ups

Leadership Enablement & Strategic Support
- Act as a proactive partner to leadership, anticipating needs and ensuring readiness
