We are seeking an Principal Highways Engineer to join our team and take a role in the delivery of highway and drainage projects. Candidate should have good knowledge of highway design, active travel scheme design, highway drainage design, and should be able to apply the latest technology in the market.



The scale of our projects ranges from small and bespoke design commissions through to some of the most significant infrastructure projects within the UK and worldwide.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and designers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Oversee all stages of highway projects from conception through completion, ensuring they meet client specifications, budgets, and timelines.
- Provide technical leadership in highway design, ensuring adherence to industry standards andbest practices.
- Engage with clients, contractors, and public agencies to understand project requirements, communicate progress, and resolve any
issues that arise.
