Core Responsibilities
1. AI Implementation
- Contract Intelligence: Deploy AI tools for automated contract review, clause extraction, and risk-scoring.
- Fraud Detection: Implement AI models to identify anomalies in trading partner behavior and legal billing.
- KYC Automation: Utilize AI to streamline "Know Your Partner" (KYC) verification and background screening.

2. Digitization & Workflow Automation
- Process Engineering: Convert manual, email-based legal processes into digital, structured workflows.
- Inbox Management: Build automated systems to triage, categorize, and route incoming legal and verification requests.
- Self-Service Tools: Develop internal portals for automated document generation and standard legal inquiries.

3. Performance Tracking
- Maintain the legal tech stack and ensure data integrity across all digital platforms.
- Define and track KPIs related to automation efficiency and cost savings.

Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in Legal Operations, Digital Transformation, or FinTech.
- AI Proficiency:



Proven experience implementing Generative AI (LLMs) and Machine Learning in a corporate environment.
- Automation Skills: Expertise in low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Power Automate) and Document Automation software.
- Technical Literacy: Ability to bridge the gap between legal requirements and technical execution.

Key Competencies
- Process Mapping: Ability to deconstruct complex legal tasks into repeatable digital workflows.
- Problem Solving: Focused on eliminating administrative bottlenecks and "inbox chaos."
- Change Management: Comfortable training legal professionals on recent technology and driving adoption.

Success Metrics (First 6 Months)
Complete digitization of the KYC onboarding workflow. Implement an AI-driven triage system for the department's central inbox. Deploy a Contract Analysis tool that reduces manual review time by 30%+.
