Job Description:

The R&D; Project Support Associate will play a key role in assisting the R&D;
department with project coordination, document management, and stakeholder
communication. This role is ideal for an individual who is organized, proactive, and
eager to grow in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. The person should
demonstrate excellent communication, be approachable and team-oriented, and
have the willingness to learn and take initiative in day-to-day R&D; operations.

Key Responsibilities:

 Maintain project trackers (tasks, timelines, owners) and follow up on
action items to ensure timely progress.

Effective Date : 06.05.2023  Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and track closure of
action points.  Organize, store, and version-control technical and administrative
documents (reports, SOPs, drawings, test records).  Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and site teams for logistics,
travel arrangements, permits, and equipment.  Compile and format weekly/monthly project status summaries,
including data tables and basic charts.



 Assist in procurement requisitions and maintain inventory tracking
for R&D; consumables and spare parts.  Support compliance-related documentation for ISO standards and
R&D; audits.
