As Rocketlane scales into enterprise deals, new geographies, and an expanding partner ecosystem, the Qualified Services (PS) team is at the forefront of this evolution. With growth, the cost of inconsistent onboarding and reactive enablement becomes more pronounced — and we’re no longer willing to accept that trade-off.

The Problem You're Solving
Right now, a new Implementation Manager at Rocketlane learns on the job. There's no structured path, no certification, no single source of truth. Status decks exist in six versions. When a new product feature ships, the PS team finds out the same way customers do. Ongoing training? Mostly ad hoc.
You're the person who fixes all of that and then makes it impossible to go back to the old way.
What This Role Actually Is
You've run implementations. You've been in the room when things go sideways. You know what "positive delivery" looks like because you've done it and you've probably thought "someone should write this down properly."
That someone is now you.
