Job Description:

We have an urgent opening for the position of Content & Event Specialist for a reputed company in Andheri, Mumbai location.

Content Creation & Strategy:
- Develop engaging and informative content for articles, press releases, blogs, social media, and internal communication related to events and conferences.
- Work closely with the PR and marketing teams to align content with overall communication strategies.
- Write compelling copy for client-facing materials such as event invites, reports, and brochures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant insights into content creation.
- Analyze content performance, making data-driven recommendations for future content.

Event/Conference Management:
- Identify high-profi le events opportunities, conferences, and seminars for clients, from event participation and post event coverage.
- Oversee event promotions and communications through multiple platforms.

Key Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience in content creation, event planning, and conference management a PR or communications setting.




- Solid writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effi ciently.
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends, including social media platforms and content distribution.
- Familiarity with content management event management tools systems is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in working with clients in the BFSI, education, manufacturing, packaging, legal and technology sectors.
- Knowledge of SEO and other digital content optimization techniques.
- Candidates with a degree in Communication, BMM in Journalism, postgraduate in Mass Media, BA in Communication, or honours degree in English will be an add-on.
