This is an onsite position, 5 days/week, in the Vadodara office working the NIGHT SHIFT. Hours are 6:30pm-3:30am IST.

Position Overview

The GTM Systems Coordinator is responsible for the administration, optimization, and support of Salesforce CRM and integrated go-to-market (GTM) tools. This role ensures system efficiency, supports adoption of current features, and provides technical guidance to enhance sales processes and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
- CRM Administration: Maintain and configure Salesforce to support business processes, including updates and customizations.
- Sales Technology Support: Manage and support integrated GTM tools (e.g., High Velocity Sales, RingLead, Nintex, Adobe, Gong, Guidestar, ZoomInfo, Demandbase, Highspot, SPIFF).
- System Optimization: Monitor system performance, identify inefficiencies, and recommend enhancements to improve usability and efficiency.
