Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Assist in maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support HR operations, documentation, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Prepare reports and assist with various HR projects as required.
Job requirements
Requirements:
- Recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree (HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field).
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Eagerness to learn and build a career in Human Resources.
