Role Overview

The Sales & Business Development Executive will play a critical role in driving revenue growth from our Mumbai headquarters. This position requires a consultative B2B sales skilled who can engage with CFOs, HR Heads, Compliance Officers, Tax Heads, and senior management stakeholders.

You will be responsible for building pipeline, converting strategic accounts, and contributing to expansion in the legal, tax, payroll, and compliance ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities





1. Strategic Lead Generation & Market Expansion
- Identify new business opportunities within large corporates, mid-sized enterprises, and compliance-driven industries.
- Prospect through structured outbound outreach, LinkedIn engagement, referrals, industry events, and targeted campaigns.
- Develop account penetration strategies for high-value enterprise prospects.
- Build a qualified and sustainable sales pipeline aligned with quarterly targets.

2. Enterprise Client Engagement
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand regulatory challenges related to TDS, income tax, payroll compliance, statutory filings, and related obligations.
- Build relationships with CXOs and senior functional heads.
- Position our solutions as risk-mitigation and efficiency-enhancement platforms rather than transactional services.
- Drive long-term client engagement and renewals.
