Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done. As F&B; Operations Manager, you will be responsible to find new ways to look after the business, guests, and colleagues for Fi'lia and Black Lacquer outlets at Roswyn, A Morgans Originals hotel. Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:
- Functions as the strategic business leader of the hotel's Food & Beverage service operations for Restaurants, Bars, Room Service, Purchasing, Stewarding where applicable.
- Position monitors the development and implementation of Outlet marketing strategies and verifies implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives.
- The position ensures the Food & Beverage operation meets the brand's target customer needs, ensures employee satisfaction, and focuses on growing revenues and maximizing the financial performance of the department.
- Responsible for guiding and developing staff including direct reports.
- Must ensure sanitation and food standards are achieved.
- Provide a single point of leadership for all operational activities in the Food & Beverage operation, and to effectively lead and manage the day-to-day operational activities.
- To support and implement all corporate programmes and promotions guidelines.
- Actively support the development, training, mentoring of team members.
- Manage quality improvement process in areas of customer service and team member satisfaction.
