Description
Job Purpose:
Lead large‑scale Operations Digitalization and Automation‑driven transformation across core Operations units including Trade Finance, Compliance, Retail Banking Operations, Corporate Banking Operations, and Shared Services. The role is accountable for defining and executing the Automation vision for Operations, enabling straight‑through processing, decision automation, productivity uplift, risk reduction, and regulatory compliance. Acting as a bridge between Operations, Technology, and Data, the incumbent ensures that business outcomes are achieved through scalable, secure, and responsible automation solutions that modernize processes and strengthen operational effectiveness.

- Technology Acumen of Trending Industry Digital Technologies: Having a deep understanding of the latest digital technologies relevant to the industry, such as artificial intelligence, cloud computing, data analytics, and more.
