Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall planning, coordination, and execution of civil engineering projects in the power and energy sector
- Manage a team of civil engineers, designers, and contractors to ensure project deliverables are met within budget and timeline
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives
- Oversee the design and construction of civil structures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and specifications
- Implement quality control measures and conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues
- Prepare project reports, budgets, and schedules, and provide regular updates to senior management
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a culture of safety among the project team
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technologies to recommend innovative solutions

Qualifications
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Certification Required:
- Professional Engine
