Qualification: Production / Mechanical Engg/ Diploma

Experience: 3-5 years' experience in welded tube pipe stainless steel industry preferred

Job profile:

• Ensure all production running smoothly coordinate with planning dept.

Inspection of inward material and tube mill process,

• Increase efficiency and reduce rejection and downtime. Slitting plan as per orders.

• Random testing of all materials. Salary: Negotiable PF+ bonus

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible to troubleshoot the root cause analysis for production issues, resolve them and maintain the reports
- Responsible for participate in all stages of the product development and support processes
- Should be able to work closely and coordinate with the tech support and development team
- Will be responsible to assist tech support team for all kind of issues and enhance their productivity and skillet

A production supervisor's responsibilities include:

- Training and developing employees: Recruiting, selecting, onboarding, training, and mentoring employees
- Identifying areas for improvement: Detecting issues in efficiency and suggesting improvements
- Preparing reports: Preparing reports on performance and progress and presenting them to senior managers
- Investigating incidents: Conducting investigations into incidents, accidents, and non-conformities
