Why This Role Exists
Rizzle operates at high volume across Sales, Production, and Operations. Our data lives in multiple systems—and we need someone who can connect them, clean them, and make them practical.
This role is for someone who’s strong in Salesforce but also comfortable experimenting, prototyping, and stitching systems together to solve real business problems.
What You’ll Do
Own Salesforce end-to-end,



including configuration, data models, automation, and reporting.
Design CRM schemas that reflect how the business actually operates.
Build and iterate on workflows, automations, and dashboards.
Connect Salesforce with production systems and operational tools using APIs, automation platforms, or lightweight scripts.
Investigate broken flows, messy data, and manual workarounds—and fix them.
Partner with Sales, Operations, Product, and Engineering to translate intent into working systems.
Improve visibility and decision-making by turning data into clear insights.
