Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Backend Engineer with at least 4 years of professional software development experience. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in Python backend development, asynchronous programming, API design, real-time communication, and event-driven systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Python.
- Build real-time communication features using WebSockets and frameworks such as FastAPI or Django Channels.




- Work with Redis Streams for event-driven data processing, messaging, and asynchronous workflows.
- Manage database schema changes and migrations using tools such as Alembic or Django migrations.
- Design, implement, and optimize ORM-based data models and database queries.
- Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code quality, reliability, and maintainability.
- Use Git for version control and Docker for containerized development and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable system architectures and improve CI/CD practices.
