* Ability to analyze business requirements and develop scalable solutions.

* Positive troubleshooting, debugging, and production support skills.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

**Preferred:**

* Experience in the Utilities domain.

* Exposure to Oracle CCS implementation or upgrade projects.
