Position: Sr. Relationship Manager – Loan Against Property (LAP)
CTC: ₹8 to ₹12 Lacs per annum
Grade: M1/M2
Location: Ahmedabad
Reporting To: Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM) & General Manager (GM)
No. of Positions: 1

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Relationship Manager to drive sales and business growth in the Loan Against Property (LAP) segment. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in handling DSA channels and managing high-ticket mortgage loan products.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales for Mortgage Loans (LAP) with a focus on ticket sizes ranging from ₹5 Cr. to ₹25 Cr.

Develop and manage relationships with DSAs, Channel Partners, and High-Net-Worth (HNI) Clients.

Achieve business targets through effective lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to enhance business strategies.

Coordinate with internal teams (credit, operations, and legal) to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement.

Maintain compliance with regulatory and organizational guidelines.

Provide superior client service and ensure high customer satisfaction levels.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in mortgage loan sales, preferably Loan Against Property (LAP).

Strong expertise in DSA channel management.

Excellent knowledge of financial products, credit policies, and mortgage loan structuring.

Graduate in any discipline; additional certifications in finance/banking will be a plus.

Age: Below 42 years.

Robust negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
