Role: Sr Product Designer
As a Senior Product Designer, you'll work closely with Product Manager and Engineers to create a platform that helps developers and SREs observe and understand their systems. From early discovery to delivering production-ready experiences, you'll play a crucial role in designing complex, data-rich interfaces that are user-friendly without oversimplifying user needs.

- You have experience designing data-rich interfaces




- You love the challenge of translating complex technical topics into clear UX
- You have exceptional craft and the drive to elevate the look-and-feel of even workhorse UI
- You have experience creating component-based design patterns and working with established design systems, though you relish the chance to explore current approaches
- Drive end-to-end product thinking across onboarding, instrumentation, troubleshooting, debugging, runtime analysis, and performance investigation workflows.
- Use AI-assisted workflows and prototyping tools to rapidly explore ideas, validate concepts, and accelerate iteration throughout the design process.
- Engage directly with customers to base work on real workflows

What will make you successful
- You have 4-10 years of experience in digital product design.
