- Environmental Monitoring: Conduct regular environmental monitoring of critical areas, including clean rooms, production areas, and laboratories, to ensure compliance with microbial limits.
- Microbial Testing: Perform microbiological testing on air, surface, water, and personnel samples using appropriate methods and equipment.
- Equipment Calibration & Maintenance: Ensure that microbiological equipment such as particle counters, air samplers, incubators, and microscopes are calibrated and maintained according to established procedures.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze monitoring data, identify trends, and prepare reports to assess environmental control and microbial contamination risks.
- Ensure Compliance: Adhere to GMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines to ensure environmental monitoring procedures are followed correctly and effectively.
