What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Product Management team.
- Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and priorities for the Android Platform within MobiControl.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including market research, product planning, development, launch, and optimization.
- Partner with Engineering, UX, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and external stakeholders to deliver successful product outcomes.
- Translate customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives into product requirements and strategic initiatives.
- Drive product innovation by analyzing competitive landscape, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
- Prioritize features, enhancements, and product initiatives based on customer impact and business value.
- Ensure alignment between product strategy and organizational goals.
- Support go-to-market activities, product positioning,
and customer engagement initiatives.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, industry conferences, trade shows, and partner events.
- Deliver executive presentations, product demos, and stakeholder communications effectively.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of Product Management experience in an Enterprise Software or SaaS environment.
- Proven experience managing software products through the full product development lifecycle.
- Demonstrated success launching and scaling enterprise-grade products.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
- Experience leading, mentoring, or managing Product Managers or cross-functional teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
