Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with engineers and decision-makers to present SolidWorks solutions tailored to their specific needs. Conduct in-depth discussions with technical teams and management to identify areas for process optimization.

Lead Generation & Market Expansion: Identify current business opportunities through field visits, networking, and industry events. Expand the client portfolio by upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.

Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies within the assigned territory. Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting to ensure goal alignment and business growth.

Customer Relationship Management: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with prospects and current clients. Work collaboratively with internal teams,



including technical support, inside sales, and marketing, to enhance customer success and maximize sales potential.

Reporting & Documentation: Maintain high ethical business standards by ensuring timely reporting and detailed documentation. Provide comprehensive monthly forecasts and sales reports to management.

Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with technical support teams to conduct product demonstrations, address customer inquiries, and facilitate deal closures. Ensure a seamless flow of communication between sales, marketing, and technical teams.

Requirements

â Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering (any stream) or related field.
