Description
- Strong development expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Multithreading, Rest API, RESTful web services, SQL.
- Experience with JDK Migration, Spring Migration,
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Develop and maintain fintech applications using Java (Spring Boot)
- Design and implement secure RESTful APIs for financial transactions and data services
- Collaborate with product managers and analysts to translate financial workflows into technical solutions
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR)
- Optimize performance for high-volume, low-latency systems
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and DevOps practices

Qualifications
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Ability to communicate effectively across multiple audiences, including firm-wide business units, senior leaders, associates and clients.
