What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of backend/Boomi Integration engineers in delivering high-quality software solutions and define technical architecture and design patterns for the Amex GBT mid, back office and Boomi Integration systems
- Drive technical decision-making and establish development guidelines and conduct code reviews and ensure consistency to coding standards and quality guidelines
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and customers on technical roadmap planning and design and develop complex Dell Boomi Integrations, backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot
- Architect and implement scalable microservices solutions for travel booking and operational workflows and optimize PostgreSQL database performance and design efficient data models




- Deploy and handle applications on AWS ROSA (Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS) platform and manage EC2 instances and implement cloud-native solutions
- Provide expert-level application support and resolve complex production issues, lead sprint planning, technical grooming and delivery estimation and develop a collaborative team workplace and promote knowledge sharing
- Coordinate with multi-functional teams and manage technical dependencies , drive continuous improvement initiatives and technology adoption and participate in hiring and onboarding of new team members

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s in Technology with minimum 10 years of professional Java development and Dell Boomi Integration experience with 3+ years in technical leadership roles
- Expert-level proficiency in Java 8+ and advanced programming concepts and deep expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and enterprise Java patterns
